Cancellation Cover
General Terms of Contract according between the Hotel/guesthouse and the guests and/or person who makes the booking.
-Deposit
When you make a reservation we ask 30% of the room rate according to the offer as a deposit. The deposit can be made as a bank transfer or with a credit card debit. With payment of the deposit, the guest agree this condition of the deposit.
Only after we receipt the deposit, the room is considered definitely booked.
The deposit is a guarantee for the Hotel and will be retained in each case and will not be refunded.
-Cancellation requirements
-At least 15 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the deposit will be retained.
-later than 14 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price;
-later than 3 days before the day of arrival or a no show without cancellation: 100% of the agreed total price;
The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
The agreed price is the price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.
-Regulation in the case of early departure or no show of the guest
In the case that the guest(s) departs early or no show, the guest is liable to pay the price for the actual stay, as well as 100% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
-non refundable booking
For a non refundable booking you will receive a better rate, in return the total amount according to the offer must already be paid in advance with a bank transfer or by credit card debit. The amount will not be refunded.
-Group travel
People travelling as a group are those, who are regarded by the guest, as well as the hotelier as a unit. A group is a tourist party with a minimum number of 10 people.
Not later than 45 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guests, the guest or the person who made the booking must inform the hotelier in writing about the actual amount of guests arriving at the hotel/guesthouse.
-At last 30 days cancellation is free, the deposit will not be refunded.
-30-15 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s) 60% of the agreed total price;
-later than 14 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price;
-later than 7 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price;
The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
The hotelier will demand the cancellation fee, without exceptions, therefore we recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance. Further information can be found under HGV Cancellation cover (see next point)
